The Jugnu Spark Leadership Program is a fast-track program that has been run by Jugnu since 2020. It is aimed at enabling young talent to develop their leadership skills and achieve their goals. This year, we are excited to announce that we are bringing the program back and look forward to helping more young individuals lighten up the spark within them!

During the initial phase of your program, you will rotate through all our major departments, and be given the autonomy and mentorship necessary to excel.
